Level 10

Administration

Administration is the control layer for the wider organisation. At that scale, the question is not only what one Pal can do, but how access, deployments, automation, and model policy stay governed, consistent, and accountable, with a human-oversight gate and audit trail behind everyone using the system.

Level 10

Administration and Team Management

What admins are really controlling

Access

Who can use which Pals, systems, and organisation capabilities.

Consistency

How specialist setup, defaults, and deployment quality stay stable across the organisation.

Accountability

How automation, approvals, and model policy stay visible and governed at scale.

Organisation Settings

Pro+ / Admin

Manage your team and view your organisation dashboard. This is where shared defaults and oversight help the experience stay steady across the organisation.

Navigate to Organisation Settings from the main menu (admin access required). The dashboard shows team member usage, adoption signals, and account health. Configure organisation-wide preferences, defaults, and policies from this view.

Onboarding Queue

Pro+ / Admin

Monitor and manage new users as they join your organisation. Good onboarding matters because weak setup produces weak context and inconsistent specialist behaviour later.

The Onboarding Queue shows all pending and completed user onboardings. Admins can see each user's progress through the setup flow, send reminders, and ensure everyone is set up correctly before they start working with their Pals.

Account Admin and Partner Admin

Pro+ / Admin

Manage Pals that have been deployed to your account by partners. This is where external specialist context enters your environment and needs to be governed carefully.

The Account Admin view shows all Pals deployed to your organisation from external accounts. Review each deployment's permissions, manage access for your team members, and configure how partner Pals integrate with your workflows.

Deployment Management

Pro+ / Admin

Deploy your Pals to other accounts. This is how specialist context becomes portable across teams and partner environments without rebuilding the same capability from scratch.

From the Deployment Management panel, select a Pal to deploy and choose the target account. The deployed Pal appears in the recipient's account with the expertise and configuration you have set. Sync deployments to push updates, or revoke access at any time.

Background and Scheduled Automation

Enterprise

Run automated tasks without user interaction. This is where the platform moves from assisted sessions to governed background execution, so control and auditability matter even more.

Configure automation schedules from the Administration panel. Define triggers (time-based, event-based) and the actions your Pal should take. Automated runs execute in the background and log results for your review. Designed for enterprise-scale operations with full audit trails.

BYO or Provisioned LLM

Enterprise

Bring your own LLM models or use provisioned models. Model policy matters because it shapes capability, consistency, cost, privacy posture, and the trust people place in the system.

In Organisation Settings, configure the LLM provider. You can connect your own Azure OpenAI instance, use provisioned models, or stick with the default. Model selection can be managed at the organisation level for consistency across all Pals.
